NOTE: All service and warranty repair must be done at InSiPhil (US) LLC or at an authorized service centre. Call 1-(800)-804-8004 or call 1-(408)-616-8700 for a list of authorized service centers.

You Should always telephone before sending your unit for repair. We need to assign a Return Authorization Number and communicate other details related to servicing your equipment.
